Product Use

The electronic warfare systems manufactured by our company are high-tech defense solutions and are subject to use exclusively under the conditions stipulated in the contract. The products may be used only in accordance with their intended purpose and within the legal norms of the state where they are operated. Any unauthorized use or transfer of products to third parties without our consent is prohibited.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting confidential information related to our systems and to maintaining high security standards during the execution of agreements. The agreement prohibits the disclosure of any information related to the technical characteristics, operation or delivery of electronic warfare systems without the company's written consent.

Liability

The company is responsible for the quality and reliability of its products within the warranty service conditions specified in the contract. We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of products, violation of technical regulations or failure to comply with the terms of the agreement. The customer is responsible for compliance with safety requirements and legal regulations when using the products.

Licenses and regulations

Our products are subject to legislation related to the export and import of defense technologies. The client undertakes to obtain all necessary licenses and permits for the use and transportation of EW products. The company reserves the right to terminate cooperation or delivery in case of violation of export regulations.

Changes to the agreement

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement, prior to notifying the Clients of such changes. All changes shall come into force upon their official publication or notification to the Clients.
